37# Hamburger - browned and drained

Sauce

4 1/2 qt. ketchup
4 1/2 C. vinegar
4 1/2 C. water
2 1/4 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. mustard
2 1/4 C. green pepper, chopped
15 onions, chopped or 5.75 oz bottle dried minced onion
5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper


                           

Instructions

Bring all sauce ingredients to a boil then add to the browned and drained hamburger, and cook in roaster(s) until the right consistency.
